Kit was born March 31, 1930, in Youngstown, a son of Alexander and Judith Brtko Roscoe. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He retired from Wean United in Warren as a machinist, and was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Arlene L. Schultz Roscoe; four children, Kim Zarsadias, Kurt Roscoe, Beth Weber and Scott Roscoe; a brother, Richard Roscoe Sr.; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters and seven brothers.
